ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Admission for 1st Year:-
The candidate is eligible to take admission in the first year of 03 Yrs Diploma Engineering
if he /she fulfil the following eligibility conditions:
• Must have passed matriculation (10th) from Board of School Education, Haryana
or equivalent exam from any other recognized state Board/ University.
• Should have a good moral Character.
Admission for 2nd Year:-
The candidate is eligible to take admission in the second year of Diploma Engineering
if he /she fulfil the following eligibility conditions:
• All those candidate who have passed ITI at lest with one year or 10+2 (PCM or Vocational) should be
eligible for consideration for lateral entry in 2nd year in various courses of Diploma in Engineering.
• Candidate who appeared / are appearing in the qualifying ITI, 10+2 ( PCM or Vocational) examination to
be held in the current session shall also eligible to apply for admission but they shall obtain the requisite
qualification before the last date of admission under the scheme.
Management Quota Seats:-
• GPA 04.00 and above for candidate who have passed 10th class under the semester system.
• 40% and above for candidate who have passed 10th class under non semester system.
• Admission committee for the admission through management quota would be constituted by the management committee.
• Last date for all admission ( including institute level) is 14 August 2014.
Documents Required:-
• All the candidate who appear for admission must bring the following original certificates/ Documents/ Testimonials
with them on the day of admission. Any candidate who fails to produce any of the below required certificates/
Documents/ Testimonials will forfeit his/ her claim to admission and will not be considered for admission against
till the final counselling.
• Certificate of qualifying examination i.e. 10th/ 10+2/ITI/ Vocational examination.
• Matriculation/ High School Certificate.
• Character certificate from the last attended institute.
• Regular candidates:- The candidate who passed their qualifying examination from school/ College as regular
students are required to submit their character certificate issued by the concerned school/ institute.
• Private candidates:- Candidates who have passed the qualifying exam as private candidate should submit their
character certificate, duly signed by a First Class Magistrate.
• Cast certificate if applicable.
• Physically challenged certificate if applicable.
• Department certificate by wards of Ex-serviceman.
• Certificate of Medical Fitness.
• 5 latest colored passport size photographs.
Note:-
(i) All orginals / three set of attested photocopies of all applicable certificate/ Documents/ Testimonials
must be produced at the time of admission.
(ii) The original certificates will be returned after verification and completion of formalities.
In exceptional cases, the original certificates/ Documents/ Testimonials could be retained and returned later.
Welfare & Motivational Schemes:-
Various schemes for welfare of girls candidates, SC/BC Candidates, and Economically weaker section are being implemented.
1. 40% concession in tuition fee for girl students.
2. Reimbursement of complete fee to the SC Candidate by scholarship provided from state Govts.
3. Scholarship facility for BC Candidates.
4. Benefits of tuition fee waiver scheme to economically weaker section.
